SELF-PAY PRICING

  • OFFICE VISITS: $100 - $140

 

  • SPORTS PHYSICALS: $65

 

  • WEIGHT MANAGEMENT: Initial visit: $100; subsequent monthly visits $70

       (*If it has been more than a year since your last weight management appointment, you will need an update at the initial rate.)
 

  • B12 SHOT: $20 standalone or add a B12 injection to any visit for $15
